Which day of your stay suits a hair visit
Think about when your hair needs to look good.
- Early in the stay if you want the style for photos and sightseeing. It also leaves time to ask the designer about aftercare.
- Not on check-out day if you are bleaching, perming or coloring. Chemical services can take several hours, and you do not want to rush to a flight or a train.
- Before an event such as a dinner, a business meeting or a wedding. Share the date with the designer.
Clothing and packing tips
Wear a top that opens at the front, or a loose neckline, so you can change without pulling it over a styled head. Bring a hat or a scarf if the weather is humid or windy, because new styles are easiest to protect right after the visit. Ask the designer what to avoid for the first few days.
