Which men’s cut should you choose?
- Men’s cut (₩33,000): the right choice for a regular trim or a clean reset when you already know the shape you like.
- Sculpted cut (₩58,000): choose this when you want more precise shaping around the sides, back and top, or you are changing your style. Ask your designer how they will work on your hair type.
- Cut + down perm (₩48,800 – ₩53,000): a good fit when the sides or back push outward a few days after every cut and you want them to stay flatter.
If you are unsure, show a photo and say how you style your hair each morning. The designer will tell you which option gets you closest.
Cut + down perm: what it does
A down perm relaxes the hair that grows outward, usually at the sides and back, so it lies flatter against the head. Many guests combine it with a cut because the shape can be set at the same visit.
On our menu, a down perm on its own is ₩20,000 – ₩75,000 depending on the area: side ₩20,000, down perm ₩25,000, and full ₩70,000 – ₩75,000. See the down perm page for how the options differ. The bundled cut + down perm price is ₩48,800 – ₩53,000.
Down perms use chemicals. Tell the designer about any perm, straightening or bleach in the past year so they can choose a safe approach.
How to ask for the cut in English
- Bring two or three photos: front, side and back if you have them.
- Give lengths in centimeters, or show the length with your fingers. “Short on the sides, longer on top” leaves room for error.
- Say how you style your hair: dryer only, wax, or nothing.
- Mention a cowlick, a receding hairline or thick hair. They change how the cut should be built.

Arrive with your hair dry and styled the way you normally wear it, so the designer sees how it falls. If you recently had a perm, color or bleach, tell them when. Hair that has been chemically treated may need a gentler plan, and the designer can say if a treatment such as a hair clinic should come first.
