What a down perm does
A down perm uses a mild perm solution to relax the hair so it lies flatter against the head. It does not curl the hair. The usual target is the sides and back, where thick, strong hair grows outward and gives a wide, boxy shape after a few days. The solution relaxes the bend at the root and holds the hair in the new direction until it grows out.
It is a styling tool, not a medical treatment. The effect fades as the hair grows. Because the solution is mild and works on short hair, the service is quick compared with a full curl perm. Ask the designer for the timing, as we do not publish a fixed duration.

Side, standard or full

- Full down perm (₩70,000 – ₩75,000): for the whole head. It suits thick, strong or wavy hair that needs to be controlled everywhere, including the top.

When the hair grows out, the flat effect weakens and the sides start to lift again. The time this takes depends on your hair type, and many people repeat the service when the sides begin to rise.
