Why bleach has no menu price
Bleach is not like a cut, where one hair length gives one price. The work depends on how much lightening your hair needs and how much it can take. Two people can ask for the same blonde and need very different amounts of work. For that reason we do not print a number and we do not guess one on this page.
The quote is given before work starts, and you can decide then whether to go ahead.
What changes the quote
- Starting color: natural black or very dark brown hair needs more lifting to reach a pale shade.
- Target shade: a light brown lift is a smaller job than platinum or a pastel base.
- Length and thickness: longer or thicker hair takes more product and time.
- Previous dye: dark dye or henna can lift unevenly and may need extra steps.
- Number of rounds: pale shades often need more than one round or visit. See double bleach.
- Toning and aftercare: color after bleaching and a treatment are separate items.
What else may be on the bill
Bleach is often one part of a larger plan. After lifting, many guests add a tone or a fashion shade, which uses the color menu. Prices for those are listed on the hair color price page. A conditioning step is also common, and treatment prices are on the hair clinic page. Ask the designer to list each step with its price.
How to get a clear quote
- Bring a clear photo of the shade you want, in daylight if possible.
- List your hair history with dates: color, bleach, perm, straightening.
- Say how much time and budget you have, and whether you accept more than one visit.
- Ask the designer to confirm the total for the first visit and any follow-up.
Hair that is clean, but not freshly scrubbed, is usually easiest to assess.
Protecting your hair while you plan

You can describe your hair and the shade you want. The designer confirms the price after seeing your hair in person.
